“Ray's Automotive is the best mechanic I've ever brought my car to. I have an old car and needed a state inspection. They told me straightforward it would not pass but to bring it back in January once it turned 15 years old and could pass even with the check engine light on. I have since brought it back to have work done and they are professional, informative, and very easy to work with. I work in Milford but live in Chesnut Hill so I was provided a loaner as I was told they would need to keep the car and work on it the following day. They are an amazing, honest business and any future work I need done I will take it to Ray's.”
“I have used this shop repeatedly over the years, and they've never delivered anything less than flawless. I've had a couple instances of fender benders that they corrected through insurance. What impresses me most about them is their willingness to work with me as a shadetree mechanic fixing my own cars. I feel like that would make some shops nervous, but Gary's always given great advice and been flexible about logistics. I won't go anywhere else.”

“Our 2021 Acura RDX had curb-rash on one of the rims. We took our car to Nice Wheels (NW) prior to the lease return. We dropped the car in the morning and NWs Team returned the car to us with brand-new-looking rim at the end of the day. This is our fourth rim fix at NW, all jobs were done with our full satisfaction. Excellent team. They respond on a timely manner. We strongly recommend NW.”

“They have repaired my cars at least 3 times over the last few years, twice in the last few months. They are very, very good at what they do. They explain everything ahead of time, so you know exactly what's going on. They provide updates and do the work in a timely manner. They make dealing with insurance easy. My car has looked like new all 3 times. They are very friendly and easy to work with and will go above and beyond for their customers. If I ever need body work again, I will definitely return to Limerick.”

“A hidden gem! I've used them twice and both times the damage was repaired as good as new. Edwin and his crew are honest, hard working and reliable. This shop was initially recommended to me by a friend when my car needed some body work. I was skeptical at first because it wasn't glamorous like those corporate collision centers you see around.Although its a small place, they have everything they need to do top notch body work, they even have a spray paint room. I was impressed by their set up and had them do the work.Amazing. The car turned out so nice.The second time I used them my truck needed some rear end collision damage repaired which they also fixed to like new.Edwin worked with the insurance company to add a supplement to the original estimate so that all of the hidden damage was included in the claim. Very convenient because he worked directly with the adjuster.Communication was very good. Edwin kept me up to date on the status of the repair all along the way.”

“I had a recent accident that left my 2016 Tundra undriveable. It was complicated by being away from home on vacation. I was fortunate to find Justin Ambrosino who handled the whole process from start to finish. He arranged a long tow to the body shop immediately. I was having a hard time finding a rental vehicle that could tow 12000 pounds and he located that also and arranged for the tow truck to drop me off at the rental place. There was some damage that the insurer didn’t want to cover. Justin sent pictures from the accident scene and got all of the damage covered. I own 7 vehicles between my home and business so I have some experience with collision repair. His service was really outstanding. I’m really impressed with Justin’s attention to detail, great communication, getting things done quickly.”

But with that being said I was completely blown away by the way that I was treated here at Hollis Autobody Marc was in charge of my Audi he made me feel so comfortable and listened to me about my concerns about the accident and his knowledge and professionalism is top notch i live a hour and a half way and Iwill 100% be back and when you Email him he actually returns your Email that day !!! “I could not be more pleased with the work Marc did on my car. the car had major damage in two places which I had asked him to fix. the areas now look like brand new. He cleaned the inside which had been a mess and fixed up a small dent on the outside. The cost of the repair so reasonable and he kept me informed of the cost and progress. I have the greatest respect for his honesty and integrity of his work. Needless to say they are my go to for my car.”
“I have always been screwed over by mechanics.. I'm a back yard mechanic myself but sometimes i hit a wall and need a real mechanic with real tools to do the job right. I found out about these guys through a recommendation by napa right nearby. These guys are great, very personable, very very trustworthy, will always tell you what they'd like to do to your car but also give you other options of what you could do to save money, will do anything they can to save you money, even if it's putting in a part that you bought online or something. They're great. Small shop, 3 car bay steel building with no office, you walk in and shake their hands and tell them what you need. They always have openings either that day or the next day. I will never go anywhere else, even if i move.”
