The woman intern at the front desk is so nice and understanding! She help me while fabric to get my prescription at my location because I couldn't get it in time in holyoke. I will give her many thanks when I get back. Thank you again! So appreciated!!

I was doing a job in Holyoke when the battery for one of the tools turned out to be dead, which was surprising and disappointing at the same time.I found this Walgreens wasn’t too far from where I was.Upon arrival, I was met with a friendly greeting from the young man behind the counter and he quickly directed me to the battery section. The store looked to be clean and well organized.I was able to locate the part number I needed and was back on the road quickly.

Walgreens is a hassle ? they are always late with my prescriptions, and they always seem to not have my meds in stock. They are not very friendly.My expectations for this store are none!I'm changing to CVS ?

Went to the pharmacy to get my medicine and met a very sweet girl named Shae! She was super kind, helpful, and went out of HER way to make sure I got/had everything I needed even when the store was extremely busy. She also made me feel comfortable in that store. Shae is definitely a worker you’d want to get your medicine from at the pharmacy! She’s super thoughtful, listens well, explains things greatly, and she always has a beautiful new hair color that she pulls off every-time! If you’re ever at the pharmacy ASK FOR SHAE you won’t regret it!

Sick to death of this Walgreens. Terrible service, the pharmacy never has the medication you need, and most of the staff have bad attitudes. The coolers were down for about 6 months and no one seemed to care. I really love when a staff member sighs and rolls their eyes when they have to walk back over to the register to, you know, DO THEIR JOBS.

Why is Walgreens on Northampton St. gone down to the bottom of the barrel?? There is absolutely no service at the pharmacy. I think we all should be moving everybody to CVS.Disappointed long term customer.

Terrible !! No help !! Out of prescription meds!! Won’t answer phone ! Now I have SOMEONE ELSE’S PRESCRIPTION - along with my own !! And unable to notify them !CLOSE UP UNTIL YOU REORGANIZE .
