Good store , FedEx drop off is soooo out of order . I’ve dropped off packages on two different occasions where they basically held my package hostage for a week because was put in the “ wrong spot “ and then did it again . So unprofessional it’s insane . Don’t drop off packages here none of the workers know what they’re doing . Better off going to a real FedEx place they don’t care here . They really really have made my life harder than it needs to be . Save yourself time and just make the drive to a real FedEx place .

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The staff here is 100% less than helpful. I had a package that was forwarded here via FedEx since I was out of time. I have used this service many times in the past. When someone went to get my package for me today, they were refused and when I called to sort the situation out, I was told I was in the wrong. Please tell me why then despite there being no policy change I was refused my legal property. Don’t use this location if you value your time and your money.

The woman intern at the front desk is so nice and understanding! She help me while fabric to get my prescription at my location because I couldn't get it in time in holyoke. I will give her many thanks when I get back. Thank you again! So appreciated!!

I was doing a job in Holyoke when the battery for one of the tools turned out to be dead, which was surprising and disappointing at the same time.
I found this Walgreens wasn’t too far from where I was.
Upon arrival, I was met with a friendly greeting from the young man behind the counter and he quickly directed me to the battery section. The store looked to be clean and well organized.
I was able to locate the part number I needed and was back on the road quickly.

Walgreens is a hassle ? they are always late with my prescriptions, and they always seem to not have my meds in stock. They are not very friendly.
My expectations for this store are none!
I'm changing to CVS ?

Went to the pharmacy to get my medicine and met a very sweet girl named Shae! She was super kind, helpful, and went out of HER way to make sure I got/had everything I needed even when the store was extremely busy. She also made me feel comfortable in that store. Shae is definitely a worker you’d want to get your medicine from at the pharmacy! She’s super thoughtful, listens well, explains things greatly, and she always has a beautiful new hair color that she pulls off every-time! If you’re ever at the pharmacy ASK FOR SHAE you won’t regret it!

Why is Walgreens on Northampton St. gone down to the bottom of the barrel?? There is absolutely no service at the pharmacy. I think we all should be moving everybody to CVS.
Disappointed long term customer.
