Don't come here if your short on time, or patience. I can't tell you how many times I've had an issue picking up prescriptions. If you are given a day day them add three more before coming to pick them up. Have trouble walking don't come here when they are short on staff they close the drive-thru if you have one leg to bad. Want to wait inside, forget about it seats are always filled with other waiting and most of the time they have bad ass kids with them. No thanks I'd rather die lol

I have read reviews of customers complaining negatively of this Walgreens. I live in Puerto Rico and travel to Holyoke, MA every year between 2-3 times a year. This is the closest Walgreens to me and have no complains whatsoever because customer service to my persona have been always polite. Thank you!

The absolute worst. Everyone makes mistakes; we're all human. For the staff at this pharmacy, however, mistakes seem to be their mode of operation, and they'll never own any of them. There is always a runaround and extended unnecessary delays getting my prescriptions from this location, due to sloppy work and errors made by pharmacy staff. I attempted to bring my concerns to the pharmacist, and he was defensive and hostile, choosing to blame me and my medical providers for the errors his staff made. So in addition to shoddy work they offer exceedingly poor customer service. If you have a choice, go elsewhere. Here is a sampling of my experiences.1. My prescription was out of refills. I selected the phone prompt to have the pharmacy contact the prescriber for approval on a new prescription. Several weeks went by. During that time I contacted the pharmacy a couple times to check on the status. Finally, during one of my calls to check on the status, the staff member I spoke with told me the provider had sent a response back saying that I wasn't a patient of theirs. I had to push the staff member to look into it, and when they did, it turned out they had sent the request to the wrong provider, someone I had never seen. This same thing happened with 2 different prescriptions from 2 different providers. The prescription information has the provider's information included. How hard can it be? And the lack of communication during the extended wait!2. My provider sent over a prescription, and the pharmacy entered the information incorrectly and gave me the wrong medicine. When I called to ask them to correct it, they insisted they had to wait for my provider to resend the prescription, adding to the amount of wait time for me to get my medicine.3. It's a regular occurrence that they somehow "don't receive" electronic prescriptions from my providers. They consistently blame my providers for "forgetting" or for "sending it to the wrong place." But this pharmacy is the common denominator. Several of my providers have sent prescriptions to this pharmacy that the pharmacy "never received." Those same providers' prescriptions have no trouble reaching other pharmacies. So, it becomes difficult to blame one provider who has incorrect information or is making some other kind of error. Several of my providers, all making the same error? And they only make that error with this pharmacy and not others? No. It's the pharmacy.

This pharmacy is very unprofessional. I called to cancel a medication and the woman pharmacist instead of replying to my request just sent me over to the recorded message saying welcome to walgreens. Instead of doing her job she just decided to end our call without saying do you have any other questions or have a good day. She shouldn't be answering calls if she isn't going to help people and should be fired. If this was an urgent request for medicine she could have potentially hurt someone by not replying to the request. Also, it is a waste of time if you need help because the pharmacist who works there does not answer your questions. I was trying to cancel the med because it wasn't in stock. She could have told me when it will be in stock but she decided to be lazy and not do her job and just hung up instead. Do not go here unless you want unprofessional pharmacists not doing their job and being lazy and want none of your questions or requests answered.
