Every single fragrance item is locked behind glass without available testers for 2/3 of products. 2 different associates walked by me without offering to help when I was clearly looking. I sent my husband in afterwards who had the exact same experience. The layout is poorly organized and displayed. Don’t waste your time- just go to Sephora or Macy’s or literally anywhere else.

I had a wonderful experience at the Holyoke store. Everyone was very helpful but I want to give an extra shout out to Jailene. She was an absolute delight and made me feel comfortable right from the 'how can I help you'. She took time explaining the different options (it is amazing how much information they need to know about all of the brands) and then selected a few colors that we tried to find the perfect match. It was a success!
Thank you Jailene, your passion and talent was very apparent and appreciated.

Cashier and manager harassed me to get signed up. When asked if I had a rewards account and I said no and they asked me if I wanted to be signed up. I said no again because I do not come to this store at all I was just buying a quick gift. The manager told the cashier to get my information. When I told her that I did not want to be signed up the manager assured me that for a purchase they just need my name and I wouldn’t be signed up. At the end of my transaction I was notified that I was signed up. Very rude and hostile.

Can't think of a single visit to this Ulta where the employees DIDN'T act like I was stealing, it's so common it would be amusing if it weren't outright insulting. I've had them try all angles, very obviously following me around, a new employee approaching me in every single aisle, and one time someone even CHASED me from the entrance just to ask if I needed help despite it being very obvious I knew where to find the item I was looking for.
Sometimes I wonder if they feel stupid when I eventually go to the register and pay for every item I touched, but maybe by then they've moved onto following around the next person. I don't know if it's how I dress, or how I act, but either way it's a pretty uncomfortable experience. Not to mention- I find the idea of shoplifting to be anxiety inducing, it's not something I'd ever do, but I don't want to get into some weird altercation just because someone thinks I "look" like a shoplifter.

Had my hair cut by Elise H and as always she was fabulous. I like to keep my hair short and funky and she understands what I want. If I want to change it up a bit she has great suggestions. I went here for my first piercing, and it was outstanding! It was very well priced, clean and comfortable. Shannon did my piercing and she was a goddess, she told me how to keep it clean, complimented me and made me feel super comfortable with it! I am excited and so glad I went here.
