The worst experience ever I have had my car for a year now and I have had the car work on at least once a month and everything they say they fixed I had to redo I would not send my worst enemy there. And his wife raved on how good of a car it was u think it’s such a great car she can drive it. I hate looking for cars and now I have to do it again a year later

DONT BUY A VEHICLEI bought my vehicle from them and the time I got my vehicle it has been in the shop more then with me there always something and they rather do a Blame game then sit there and actually take responsibility for their actions they also take advantage of your situation your in and use it to their full advantage. They took well over 8 grand from me and never fixed the car and they also stated that they wouldn't buy the car back from me because of the issues it has bit never told me the day I bought it!!! So be careful with who you buy from these people are money hungry they don't care about nothing else

if i could do no stars i would. pretty upset with this guy. he lied to my partner and i about a vehicle and we told him exactly what we wanted to do with this vehicle. we asked for his honest opinions on everything. he tells us that he is an ex cop MY A*** he lied about everything about this vehicle and also screwed us over with the high price-- did not pass inspection although tony said theres nothing wrong with it and he refuses to give our money back. this guy just f***** with some young kids and STOLE our money! thanks tony! FU.

STAY AWAY FROM TONY'S! They will tell you it's a 60$ job, and call you 2 weeks later saying it's 200. The owners like to take advantage of their customer's business, i have spent easily over 2k with them, yet they've treated me with low respect and have threatened to keep my car if I don't pay everything at once (after they worked out a payment plan with me). They are unprofessional, stingy, and i am never going back with them. It's Holyoke, what can i say, should've known from day one.
