Would never rent from them again employees are rude and do not do their jobs owner said she would send me a portion of a refund for services her crew members refused to do its been over a month I finally called today the man I spoke with who was "next in line today" said he "heard something about that" refused to tell me what or let me speak with anyone else then chuckled and proceeded to hang up on me. I wouldn't reccomend this place for anything ever nothing but problems.... if owner wasn't going to send the partial refund she should have called herself and explained why she felt it wasn't necessary. I probably would have understood mistakes happen and have let it go. They also left the tent there two days later than it should have been.Update: I was charged for 10 sidewalls only the 30 ft and 2 20 ft sides were used the owner originally told me she would refund 341 and then knocked it down to 190 after calling me a liar and telling me she's not going to listen to me.. I sent her pictures of the setup and she thinks it's fair to only refund 2 20ft walls instead of the total of 7 that her crew REFUSED to put up because it would have been too hotPropane 32Heater 1007 side walls 210342 is what I should have been refunded instead she insults me and tells me she'll send a check for 190..... to the event address not even my own she didn't even want to know where to send it. Just said it's in the mail already so basically too bad.Her excuse being that their Bluetooth speaker was broken and cost more than the refund to repair despite the 10% damage waiver I paid for....I just really wanna know how wheels for a small Bluetooth speaker that costs 177 brand new with a stand would cost almost 400 to fix and also how they would break from being "dragged" I didn't touch the speaker at all but last I checked wheels are put on things to easily move them.Also if that was the case why would no one reach out? Seems made up to me... after talking to people including the dj who stated the speaker was NEVER MOVED except by the crew to load and unload and further inspecting pictures it was sitting flat on the ground the entire night until they picked it up.if anything was acidentally damaged According to their policy it would be covered and shouldn't have affected my refund at all but I was told by the owner it was malicious damage.... which at the point of the wedding and even after I was under the impression I was recieveing a partial refund and was happy that she seemed so nice and understanding during that phone call she even said herself her crew should have moved the walls to my specifications regardless of what they thought.She also said she has no bad reviews nothing like this but I've found a few right here..Pictures of the sidewalls not up the night of my wedding and a picture showing the Condition in which everything was left afterwards. I folded up the chairs shook off the linen made sure everything was easy and accessible which is more than they did for me and I paid for it.

Called days before event to reserve chairs, was told to just come in the day of event and pick them up and that they always have chairs. Day of event, call before planning on heading over and am told that they currently don’t have any chairs at all.

Good people, old school holyoke. get my propane tanks filled there for a really really great price and top of the line great service. even got some wicked sick old muscle car calendars for me and my girl friend for free. great spot

The one star is for the grille itself. I rented a 3 ft grille for the weekend. Nice grille. They did not give any cleaning tools so I went out and bought some knowing that if I did clean the grille I would receive the $25 cleaning fee Initially I had to pay. I called back on Tuesday to see roughly how many days it takes to receive cleaning fee back because it took me a solid 35 mins to clean the grille after using it. No biggie. The guy said I didn’t clean it which I did confirm it was cleaned with the younger guy that helped me unload the grille. He actually said thanks for doing it. The guy rudely said he put a check in the mail and would never rent to me again. What?!!! Then hung up on me. Blown away at this over $25. Not cool Taylor rental. They definitely need some customer service training at that location.

Horrible experience. The guy was very rude when trying to make reservations. Sounded annoyed and not professional at all. I would not recommend. He said "No I cant do it sorry" just very rude !!!

I called about 20 tent vendors after being ghosted by a different guy that had long been booked for my wedding in one month. Sharlene at Holyoke Taylor Rental was the most attentive and friendly of everyone I spoke with. I wound up getting about 6 more quotes, and the one I got from Holyoke Taylor Rental (which I booked on the spot) has still turned out to be the most affordable. I think she could tell I was panicked, or maybe she’s always that great, but I am so glad this happened because now I feel confident in the service and product- such a relief!!! I have not yet had the event, but I am very happy with the service so far!Update: everything was perfect as far as set up, and the rentals themselves.

We had a great experience renting tables, chairs, and a sound system for our wedding. They were really helpful delivering outside of their usual service area and scheduling pickup/drop off around our schedule. Highly recommend for family events!

Our childs birthday was on Saturday, they came on Friday morning to do the set up in the pouring rain and picked it up on Monday morning. We are very satisfied with how everything came out. The tent was not just elegant but it shaded our guest and when it rained no one got wet(5 out 5 recommend) They did their work diligently, there was knowledge...they knew where to set up the tent in a way that it didn't hit the pipes from the sprinklers, they were friendly and professional. Thank you for being a part of a wonderful day. The picture is how they left the set up so we could place it how we liked

The place to go for renting any occasions they have tables and bounce houses chairs anything you need and very cheap, not pricey at all
