New manager is horrible to employees she doesn't understand any sort of respect. I feel bad for the people who work here I am a regular customer who walks here daily and I witnessed that manager get snippy with her employees up front. It's abusive behavior and unacceptable.

Do not shop here coming from someone with over 110k likes on my reviews. DO. NOT. SHOP. HERE. The new manager Edna doesn't treat any employees with any form of respect. In front of customers as well. Go to Wal mart. Skip this place until they replace her.

This store and it's front end staff have much to be desired!!!! I will never return here. When I asked why an item didn't ring up the sale price that the tag below it stated, I was told by 2 employees that it was an old tag and it wasn't their problem that it had not been taken down and therefore I was out of luck. They both had such unbelievable attitude that I just walked out. What a difference there is in the quality of help between stop and shop and Big Y. This was my lesson learned to stick with the proven exceptional service with a local store like Big Y.
