I had an amazing experience at this stop and shop today. First we’ll start with, I went to customer service to get a money order for my rent. They were short staffed (as the rest of the world) so customer service closed early. A worker, Emily, took the time to come and help me with getting a money order..she didn’t have to do that. I’m one to fully understand rules and regulations. So thank you Emily. Well after that I had done a little shopping. At some point I had dropped my rent check. It went unnoticed until I went to check out. I was now in full panic mode..when Emily noticed it was me, she quickly came over and told me that she had my rent check and someone had returned it. She definitely went above and beyond for me and she deserves to be recognized!

Staff can be temperamental..Some prices are a bit high.But overall stop & shop is a good grocery store. This one has a nice fruit section. Great deli selection, as well as special meats and cheeses. Delicious bakery items.

Great customer service, by the way save alot has your carts. I don't know if you've had any large amount of carts stolen recently but that one time you had footage of a uhaul truck taking them it was the owner and his cousin. Verify the date of the incident and go to the uhaul rental place in Chicopee near Walmart and verify a uhaul rental under the last name Pena or Lora around that same time. They also pay the homeless outside their establishment for carts they bring to them. I seen one the other day going up the hill with it and bringing it straight to save alot..You're welcome.

I am a regular shopper at this location sometimes even twice a day and for some reason every time I go to the deli in the morning the older white gentleman always seems like he doesn’t want to help color people and has a attitude so yesterday I got a number to wait for my order he sees us by the table he works on and keeps working another customer comes up he stops what he doing and doesn’t even ask who’s next or hit the number ticket to go in order he just goes right ahead and starts helping her so he just ignored us and had her skip us so then I found the manger on duty because now it’s becoming a often thing with us and the manager Marc was absolutely no help he was Rude and seemed annoyed as soon as I was talking to him and mid convo he stopped talking to me to help another customer very rude of him and never got and apology so I would not be going back to this location to ever spend my money
