This Lincoln St location is A+ !With a professional staff and great customer service your needs will be met.I've had bad experiences periences with Wallgr***s locally.Stop & Shop pharmacy assisted in getting all 6 of my "scripts" transferred to Lincols St without an issue..I highly recommend this pharmacy for all your medication needs and receive prompt assistance with confidence.The helpful staff also take away the anxiety felt in big name pharmacy's that treat you like a "number" instead of a "person".Thank you Stop & Shop !

The price of items are too high. Any item that is on sale is never available... shelves are never restocked. The self checkout registers never work properly and are in need of maintenance. Rude employees.

The management is historically defensive, and act put upon when any suggestions, or reports of issues are made. Today when I went in, for the second time this week ,there were no handheld baskets by either entry door, and for the second time this week I reported it to several young employees, none of whom did anything about it. One was chatting with a fellow employee, and the other, at the self-serve checkout, was talking on her phone which she had propped up in front of her. They seem seriously understaffed lately, they might want to consider paying employees more, and doing a training for the employees and management about customer service.

I'm extremely disappointed with you store at 28 Lincoln St Holyoke,MA. This area consists of a very high density of people with Puertorican descent, and one of your employees there got called out for wearing a bandana sporting the Puerto Rico flag. I've seen him wearing bandanas of different colors all the time, but the flag of Puerto Rico was deemed inappropriate. The people of Puerto Rico struggled greatly tu be able to wave this flag without it being considered treason! Y

Not sure what happen to this store but it went downhill and fast!.Produce is disgusting the meat selection is just as gross.The bathrooms are unusable because of being so filthy.And to top it all off I have to ask the cashiers to not throw the items I was purchasing down the belt.This use to be my weekly stop for groceries but tonight was the last time I will shop there.Bigy maybe a little pricer but at least their food is fresh and their stores are clean!!
