We were very well taken care of the minute we walked in the door. Mitch walked us through everything style of mattress and bed frames. And yes, we enjoyed putting our feet up trying out the comfort of each bed. We are happy with our selection and are excited about the arrival of our sleep number bed next month. Thank you again, Mitch and we’ll be sure to send our friends your way!

The store manager Quinn waited on us. He was thorough and knowledgeable. He literally invited us to get comfortable in the various positions we sleep to get the total experience of what having a sleep number bed would feel like. Honestly, my husband and I were very close to falling asleep right in the store. Great experience was had in helping us to make this decision.

Quinn Hanson was our representative at the Holyoke, MA store.He took the time to explain all the different options we faced when making a purchase like this. He answered every question we had without making us feel bad for asking so very many questions. While Quinn is the Store Manager, his customer service and most of all his PATIENCE was phenomenal and exceeded our expectations.

Guinn was very polite and knowledgeable. He let us try out any bed we wanted and explained every thing about each bed. He answered all our questions. He let us take our time and did not pressure us. It was a great experience.

After I purchased a pillow and it did not work---- I exchanged it for another one , I was told " no more exchanges". Why wasn't that told to customers up front ? Bad business !

Buy a normal bed because after a year ours broke and there is zero support. They take your money (a lot of it) and if there's an issue your hung out to dry. Over $8K down the toilet on ours

Desire, the charming young lady who assisted me was very knowledgeable about the sleep number system. We discussed my sleep habits and she made excellent recommendations. I left the store very comfortable with my choices and happy to have had the pleasure to deal with Desire.
