I would give it 0 stars if I could, phone officially shut down. All because I had a screen replacement here a few months ago on my iPhone. It is a temporary fix, go to the Apple Store instead for official iPhone repairs! The price would probably less too. I won’t ever do business with these booths again. Please go elsewhere! My review will save you the trouble and the money honestly. I just wish I had looked into the reviews before getting my phone repaired.

Word for the wise: when you buy a new phone, before doing anything else, bring it in and have them apply the tempered glass protection. This is the first time I've ever had one without any bubbles.

When talking about fixing the screen and learning what it cost i asked if i broke it again would it be covered store clerk said yes and i say no matter what and he says yes so i have it fixed with a couple extras paid about $1000 (i needed this phone back) phone worked great. Unfortunately 4 months later broke screen (admittedly my fault) go to get it repaired different guy says not coverd . So screw them. Good fix bad service

Went to the Apple Store right next to them to have my phone screen repaired. My screen was very cracked and the bottom 3rd of the screen wasn’t responding. Apple told me it would cost $200, take multiple hours, and they may have to do a factory reset on my phone just to fix it. I left and went to Shatter & Case, they had my phone fixed with a new screen, the bottom portion working again, and all within 10 minutes of walking up to them. Saved myself $50 and lots of time. They really came in clutch!

They broke my speaker after fixing my cell phone and it appears that alot of other customers have had similiar issues with these people doing temporary fixes at exorbitant prices then dismissing any issues their sloppy work causes
