I visited the location outside of the Apple Store in the Holyoke Mall. I was hesitant at first and I had an issue with my charging port after getting it replaced, I was within my 1 year warranty still and the technician replaced it at no charge to me.

The phone was fixed fast an expertly but unfortunately I do feel like I was overcharged. They charged me $170 to repair my screen I feel like I could have easily gotten it done for $50 cheaper but I was at the mall celebrating my daughter's birthday so it was more convenient just to get it done there

I had my battery replaced on my phone here after another store refused. The staff was attentive and courteous. The replacement of the battery itself was quick and got my phone working immediately. 100% recommend.
