Went to drop off MULTIPLE BAGS of clothes, the door was locked. The hours online stated open until 3pm. I called the 1 800 number and was on hold the FIRST time for 10 minutes. Then got hung up on. Called back, 5 minutes later the person told me they were just the call center but was going to try another number. Got disconnected again. 35 minutes trying to donate my late brother's clothing and no luck. There should be a better system in place for bringing donations. At the very least, have a local contact available to advise what to do. So, as o have 4 large bags of clothes, any suggestions???Very disappointing.
