Patrick was very helpful giving us information to put together what we wanted. He was professional, courteous and friendly.When it came to delivering our furniture, the driver was out that day but the store worked the problem and we got not only our bed, but our sofa & loveseat, which wasn’t supposed to deliver until later that week. This store worked the problem and provided excellent customer service. Thank you!

I have gotten a couch, TV, and entertainment stand from here. I like doing business with RAC in Holyoke. Very convenient to get big items since I'm in a wheelchair. I have no complaints. The next thing I'm getting is a computer this week.
