About as nice as a bunch of Highway robbers could be. Company preys on difficult situations making it very expensive to get your car back, but in the meantime they're funny and nice guys so it's not all bad.

They are not friendly at all, besides that, there is something called door fee and if you want to tow your car with another tow truck, you still have to pay 95 dollars to them, I tried to reach customer service, they are not helpful at all, they speak aggressively and vulgarlyService: Special vehicle towing

This business is absolutely horrible, the staff are rude, not helpful and horrendously mean for no reason. They keep all of your belongs with no fighting chance of seeing them again. The worst company I've ever experienced
