About as nice as a bunch of Highway robbers could be. Company preys on difficult situations making it very expensive to get your car back, but in the meantime they're funny and nice guys so it's not all bad.

Car fire. Jeep was sent to reds. Great service, quick and compassionate. During a hard time they made things easier.
