“I had a great first experience with Copycat Printing. After finding out Staples couldn’t pint my invitations, I reached out to Copycat printing. I called and checked to see if Copycat could fulfill my order. The lady I spoke with on the phone was the NICEST and she answered all my questions. The gentleman who rung me up was also very kind. The price was also very fair! The invitations were about $15 cheaper than Staples for the same size, quantity, and similar card stock. “An answer to my prayers! I live across the road & this Taj Mahal library Hadley tax payers got conned into paying for, has failed us miserably! We were supposed to be able to accomplish even more as we were promised, once we got a new building for a library. The truth is the very pertinent services the library was once reliant for are long gone, courtesy of cheaping out! Going to Staples is not an option for me at this time. A neighbor suggested this place when I needed to make copies/have documents printed and I didn't think they would do such mundane services but how wrong I was! I still thank my neighbor for recommending this awesome place! Everyone is very kind, friendly, efficient, professional, and helpful! Very helpful! They even tried helping me figure some things out on my phone, wonderful people. Dedicated at what they do, Nicole called me back immediately and I've been hooked since. Bri and Brian are exceptional also! A God send, they provide all sorts of services as to avoid driving to Staple's. In mere walking steps I can have documents printed out, scanned, color or black & white, faxing, they have beautiful greetings cards they sell, if I ever start a business I'll certainly visit to have lovely cards made out, they do a lot of that kind of stuff for corporations in the region. What I need are basic accomplishments and they never fail me. Without this place being here, I would have seriously been put out of my way and continue to be as my printing needs are ongoing with the changes going on in my life and pursuits,requiring applications to be printed for moving to an apartment and applying to return into school for LPN, thanks to this nifty little local business I am getting farther ahead in my journey, I can't express my gratitude and the timing you guys came along was superb!!! You are of immense help to my circumstances, very nice people, a little extra in price but I don't mind because I can walk here, you are literally across the street from where I live. I save in my time, stress and gas! I also get very personal help and assistance when I go here, unlike Staples where you are usually left to fend to your own vices although they will help if you ask, it's just more of a self serv atmosphere but Amherst Copy does the work for you, with kindness and a pleasant demeanor. Thank You for coming to our community, it's about time we get more useful small businesses close by! Without having to drive down route 9 all the time. I noticed a review complaining about time and cost, I don't think they take long and your getting decent personal service. Yes waiting is part of the retail game out there everywhere now, learn to be patient and happy your accomplishing the goal! Take some extra time, they are worth it. Everywhere is short staffed and closed early now, etc ... I didn't notice the prices were high but I guess maybe so, again that's to be expected and if it means employing great people and being across my road, I'll pay a little more. My only complaint, they aren't open more! I miss that they aren't open on Saturdays. That's it, if they expanded their hours or days, I'd be over there on Saturday. It can be difficult for me to get over there on a weekday in my work schedule, but Brian and Bri and the staff have always been very polite about my being in there past business hours. We need more personable small retail establishments like this again, providing useful task management! We have an arcade and tattoo parlor, but who needs those everyday? “Came with my UPS barcodes to return a 5+ items, and unfortunately I couldn’t use any of the barcodes to return my items. However, Mark was nice enough to help me out cancelling all my barcodes in order to get the UPS return labels, he also printed them out for me and provided me with all the packaging needed. Vlad as well was very nice to other customers while I was in the location. It’s so hard to find excellent customer nowadays and these 2 guys are doing a great job running this business.
