Lisa the lady that works there during day hours is the most racist and rude person I know. There’s no chance wasted to make you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Never look you at your eyes and put the money on the counter like she doesn’t care because she can get away with it. Pride…. take some responsibility about this behavior, because I’m not the only one with this kind of reviews.

Decent store. I visit regularly, late at night (24 hours). The area can be a bit sketchy at that time if night.

Sunday evening 12/10 1730ishWatched an Amazon driver walk out of the bathroom and proceeded to shop and check out. Then, I was told there were no public restrooms. Even though it states to be buzzed in. Why are only certain people allowed to use the restroom. There is a Chester chicken in this store, and if you sell prepared food, there needs to be a restroom available to ALL customers. Not just the ones the cashier wants to let use the restroom. This was enough to make me decide to make my food and gas purchases elsewhere. The simple fact of not letting me use the restroom cost the store my food and gas purchase.. 0 out of 5 stars. Would not recommend.

Don't buy They are thieves here, every time I buy something at the mentioned price they charge more and get upset when you tell them about the price, the both managers are stealing

Ordered a Italian grinder and sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. The gentleman complained the whole time making the order, that this is a subway order , multiple times. The breakfast sandwich was made with bacon. The Italian had no cheese, mayo globbed in one spot and old lettuce and tomato that was brown and old..... Guess next time it will be subway.... Have a blessed day

The worst pride ever I go there every day for cigarettes and this one young man ask for I'd the only one that cards me when I go in. I'm not a teenager I'm well into my 60 older then the dude who is carding me. I tell him your the only one who ask for I'd why at this location they ask for it. All other pride station do not. I leave go around the corner store get my cigarettes and they are cheaper you just lost a customer who comes in every day. On that note I been to pride at other locations no I'd is asked for .

My coworkers and I stop here every morning for fuel and breakfast religiously. The food is always fantastic, the staff always friendly and welcoming. Always a pleasant experience. Highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of being served by Louis. He was super knowledgeable, pleasant to talk to, and helped me narrow my choices down. If he isnt a manager/trainer already, he should be. The chicken was awesome!! THANK YOU!!!

Pride gas station on Dwight st. Holyoke has great service and food at the food court, Peter aka (Pedro) is a great cook, pleasent, respectful and on point with all the he does at the food court, check em out and the chicken is really good
