I’m normally not someone to post reviews but the care of the animals in this petco was disgusting. There was countless dead fish in very unclean tanks (the one pictured is a tank with about 20 ish dead fish and only one alive). One of the birds was in complete darkness with no light and tanks were dirty and stuffed full of animals.

Terrible grooming job. Cut hair on the body and face too short, didn't cut hair on the tail or paws at all, and cut some nails dangerously short while completely ignoring other nails.

trying to find hamster products is impossible, i was actually in disbelief that they don’t have any necessary items like sand, wheels, hideouts, no enrichment or anything. but they have an insane amount of small rodents, chinchillas, and guinea pigs, yet they don’t have items you need for them? they have about 50 mice in a small tank and they even left a dead one in the cage. usually i wouldn’t go out of my way to write bad reviews but the amount of animal abuse going on is crazy

All employees were helpful when looking for specific items, store was clean, and definitely pet friendly. The price scanners were broken when I last went, and have been for a few months now. There is a beautiful bird named pixel in the back who is adorable. They do also have aquarium lights, but they are running low on florescent tubes and mainly have the LED options in stock.

I like it better than any other pet store but the prices are outrageous. Everything is expensive right now for humans let alone for pets. If the prices were a lot lower then there would not be as many dogs and cats in shelters hoping to be adopted and not euthanized because of age or length of time waiting to be adopted. You will make even more money if you lowered your prices to be more affordable for humans to spoil their pets/family members.

After cancelling 2 appointments for my dog to be groomed (one only 15 minutes prior to appointment!) I had decided to give them one more chance yesterday…big mistake. The groomer claimed my dog was too matted for her to groom and refused to take her in. I explained she wouldn’t be this bad had they not canceled the two previously scheduled appointments, and her matting was all the more reason why she needed to be done. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BRING MY DOG THERE! #3StrikesAndImOut

We just found out that our dog was abused by Brandi, a groomer, at this location. Do not have your dog groomed here unless you want your pet abused. Bruises around his neck as if he’s been choked. Irritated eyes from the soap, broken and bloody paws and nails. This groomer needs to be fired.

Vetco Vet & Vet tech were awesome. Very informative but also fast and to the point. Took great care of my buddy, definitely will use Vetco services again at Petco.
