“Absolutely amazing experience! From the moment you walk into the store, you are greeted kindly yet given space to browse. I was not a 'bird' person until I spent several days watching the staff take care of their 'babies'. I fell in love with many of the feathered ones, but chose 4 fantastic birds. I swing in everyday they are open to sit with my babies, and am always made to feel at home. Janet and the staff are so knowledgeable, and caring it's easy to forget when it's time to go home~ The birds are hand fed, healthy, very well cared for, and socialized. The store itself is nicely set up with a room filled with comfortable seating and play stands for birds to perch and play. The prices are reasonable and what is probably most important, Janet and her staff are willing to help with any issue you may be having with your bird(s) even after you take your new feathered friend home!! “Great store! Helpful associate right when I walked in. She helped set up an account and showed me where to go to wash the dog. The dog washing area is clean and large with 3 bays; 2 for large dogs and one for smaller dogs. It's stocked with everything you need from shampoos to towels to a blow dryer. Awesome store! I'll definitely be back! The associates in the store all seem very professional and pleasant. I had a problem with a grooming appointment, but they were quick to reschedule me. UPDATE: Went to wash the dog today and the wash stations were filthy with dog hair. I'm not sure how often they're maintained but the stations were fairly dirty. Also, the blow dryer for the small dogs was out of order. Shampoos were running low, and the towels as well. Seems like the quality has dipped a bit. Still a great place to go for a dog bath, just disappointed this time.”
“In the beginning Smithland had everything imaginable, now, ugh, not so much. I never thought I'd say this.... considering Smithland had low prices, but they've continued to increase their prices astronomically, A.W.Browns is now my go to place! Sorry Smithland, reduce your prices by 30 percent and restock everything you used to carry and I'd consider returning, until then, have a nice bankruptcy!”
“I have gotten a betta fish, two nephrite snails, a mystery snail, and a pleco from this store, as well as some food. The store is small, really well kept, the bettas are healthy and vibrant. Everything is clean and looks really well taken care of. The store person, who I assume is the owner is extremely helpful and nice. Will go here for all my fish needs. Definitely 100 times better than petco. One of my nephrite snails did die within a two weeks of me buying him, but I think that was my fault, I made a mistake while doing a water change.”
“Neighbors in town will agree that Granby Country Grain is part of the community. The town of Granby is a right-to-farm community and ad such, families enjoy gardens, goats, horses, chickens and many other farm animals. Granby Country Grain will have all the answers to your questions on keeping them alive and healthy. I personally pick my poultry feed and accessories from them regularly. The owners are incredibly pleasant and the employees are always looking for ways to make you feel welcome. In their store you will find all kinds of products for barn animal care and a welcoming disposition every single time.”
“Found this dog bakery online and they were wonderful! I ordered my golden doodle a bone shaped cake that was flavored with chicken and yogurt frosting and she loved it! The owner was friendly and very helpful when ordering. They also have dog items that they sell. I purchased a scarf and dog toy. I will definitely be visiting here again.”

“We have been Wintergreen Kennel customers (and fans) for almost 20 years! They came highly recommended and more than lived up to their reputation. The grooming shop staff do a wonderful job grooming our miniature poodles. The shop is very clean; we know they are safe and well-cared for. And when we recently left our cat to be boarded, Jacques and Josie wanted to in to the Kennel entrance to see what was happening with Charlie! Think that speaks to their comfort with the facility and the staff! like the TLC they offer, too! Every experience we've had has been a positive one and that translates into piece of mind! We would not leave them anyplace else.”
“You would never know it was there if didn't look. A warehouse in the industrial section of south Hadley houses one of the most interesting dog supply shops. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Of course it's dog friendly. It's not a typical "store". There are isles with bins of products to choose from from treats, to toys, leashes to dog tents. Training books to tennis balls. All reasonable priced. It's a well kept secret that every dog owner in the area should know about. I highly recommend them.”

“This place is a like a spa for dogs! The owners and staff are super professional and not only do a great job washing and grooming the dogs but genuinely care about the animals. They also work to maintain the safety of the dogs while they are in their care. This place is an absolute jewel and can be found on Rt 123 in Norwell. Sorry if that sounded like a commercial but I drove almost 30 minutes to get there and heard of it through word of mouth. This place rocks!!! I wish I could give it an 11”
“Recently brought my dog here to get groomed for the first time, and the staff made it an awesome experience. I was a little worried because my pup is very hyper and a little crazy lol, but they assured me he did great and were super kind to answer my questions!”

“Veronica was EXTREMELY helpful today as I have hand injuries, I asked for help and without hesitation she stopped what she was doing and helped me figure out what food was best for my cat! After giving me advice on cat food, she lifted the 50lbs of food into my cart and then 40lbs of cat litter. She then offered to bring it to my car and unload it into my trunk. I'm LITTER-ally beyond grateful for this employee.”

“Only come here for frozen thawed mice. There prices are cheap and you don't have to have a freezer full like you would buying online. I also find my dogs ear relief a few dollars cheaper then online. The lines for checkout suck”

I was able to Google the questions that I had because an employee wasnt able to assist me in time, but check-out was smooth and hassle free.”
“I love the selection of dog toys there. Prices are very reasonable. I bought my beloved Tobykins a stuffed snake for part of his 13th birthday presents. It is worth it to sign up for their loyalty card. I received a 5 dollar credit towards my purchase. Their selection of foods and other supplies is great. Pricing is better than some big box pet stores.”

The quality of the employees who trim and bathe the animals are excellent! They always have a positive attitude and greet the animals. Pico and Sky already have a routine and knowledge of the place.”

“I normally go to PetSmart Chicopee , but Sunday I had to work at the mall & I figured why not stop at petco!? I showed up 15 minutes before the store was closed , kiara was at the register & was willing to help me find things for my puppy! She came over helped me find my items , price matched everything she could & signed me up for the rewards program ❤️ Jose was upfront helping her check me out and get everything together. This was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had at a pet store , never mind a pet store that was about to close ! Thank you Kiara and Jose for being amazing”
