ATM is out of service VERY often. It's frustrating to need cash and not be able to get it outside of banking hours. You're forced to go elsewhere. The employees are great and I know it isn't their fault.

Friendly staff-always polite and ready to assist the costumers.Love the atmosphere and cleanliness. There's plenty of parking, including handicap and wheelchair accessibility and a drive thru. An ATM is also available inside the premises.I highly recommend coming here.

Great place to bank. The employees are very helpful and knowledge. Amanda Vega was extremely helpful in solving an online banking problem I was having today. She really went out of her way to help me. Great customer service!

This merger has been the worst of all mergers in 30 years. I have spent 5 consecutive days in a row at this location trying to solve issues with my accounts that are STILL unresolved. The phone line customer service people are completely incompetent and the great staff at the branches are stuck having to answer for them. It's a very inexcusable situation that is leading me to finally change banks. Issues that people's united were able to solve seem too complicated for this new M&T company. They are working with rules and methods most banks left behind in the 19th century. The unresolved issues will just lead many like myself to other banks. It's a sad state of affairs at the new M&T. Stay clear away from this banking company if you can help it.
