My experience with Nino was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with any repair/auto shop. Kind, courteous, dedicated , friendly and very informative. Definitely employees like this that keep customers coming back!

Took a month for minor auto body repair work. After repair car was making noise. Brought vehicle to my mechanic who fixed issue and said issue occurred when vehicle was repaired. Oliver’s could not properly diagnose the issue. Cost me an additional $120 to fix their mistake.

I dealt with Andrea, she was very nice, you rarely see an employee go above and beyond there job for a customer. Our car was totaled, she truly was concerned about how we were going to get around since we only had the rental for 4 days. I do not know the outcome of this situation, but it's nice to know someone was paying attention, and cared enough to ask questions. Thank you Andrea, that means alot

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!Upon picking up my car, I had a discussion with one of the managers. We had a discussion about the work that was done, a I also mentioned that they seemed to have replaced some part that I found questionable. It was just my opinion, I didn't accuse, was not rude or disrespectful. At one point, this 'owner' became rather aggressive, raising his voice and saying "I don't appreciate what you are implying, what you are insinuating."He was in my face, becoming angry, and being rude and disrespectful towards me.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Had to send car in for repairs when someone dented my car badly. Took almost a month before car is ready only to find tail light was not working. Took it back to find out the tail light was chipped and the lights were not connected correctly. Now waiting on them to call me back to replace my tail light.
