I signed up for the Open weeks ago but was traveling for 24.1. I contacted several boxes to join in doing 24.1 and the only one that called me back (right away I might add) was David at Nasty Habit CrossFit. I did the workout there today and he as well as the other athletes were so welcoming and so supportive!! The space was very well equipped. I highly recommend this gym!

Highly recommend this gym as a drop in! Coach David (Hawk) and the crew at Crossfit Nasty Habit were super welcoming when I worked out with them four times last week. The programming was accessible and challenging for all levels, and helped me stay fit while being away from my home gym. Thank you CFNH!

I just started one month ago and I feel like never once intimated by the other members if they see you struggling they help you out and make you feel part of the gym. Love the atmosphere and how the coaches are always trying to make you better and pushing you.

The Nasty Habit community is incredibly welcoming. It doesn’t matter your fitness level or your goals, as long as you’re there to work hard and positively support the others, you’re welcome here. Coaches are knowledgeable and eager to help you scale workouts to your individual skill level. Whenever you walk in the door, fellow members greet you warmly and the workouts conclude with fist-bumps, high-fives, and words of encouragement. The people keep me coming back, even on days when I don't feel my best and would rather skip the gym.

Nasty Habit CrossFit is a great place to get your workout done. The owners are very friendly and will make sure you have all the information you need. The coaches are great and place a great focus on proper form. Safety is paramount and everything is scaled to the athlete's ability. There is encouragement to push yourself but no pushing to do something you are not comfortable doing. The athletes are welcoming and the community at Nasty Habit is phenomenal. Anyone looking for a place to workout and enjoy a great community should give Nasty Habit a try.

I got into CrossFit at Nasty Habit because I won a gift certificate for it at my tattoo place's holiday party a bunch of years ago. I stayed because of the community. My sport background is distance biking and roller derby, so I wasn't sure if I could hack CrossFit. The coaches are amazing, particularly at recognizing your own individual skills and offering solid critique on form. I appreciate the attention and care given to getting it right. WODs are capped at 12, so you're never lost in a crowd. Everyone's supportive; nobody's in-your-face aggro. Everything can be scaled, and there really is something here for everyone who comes through the doors -- no matter your skill level. It's absolutely worth checking out.
