The worst experience we had. I went and didn't spent not even 5 min. After we walked out. The worker was very passive aggressive, asking irrelevant questions, when we just needed to solve a simple problem of a lost sim card. It's very sad to see how now in days workers can't give a nice and kind customer service. Definitely thinking of switching from service.

Have had horrible experiences more than positive ones. Also West Springfield, Massachusetts corporate store is horrible people working n representing Metro. I will Never go there again!! Go to the Holyoke store for a much better experience but corporate didn't do better but the young lady who took care of me did her very best to help me n I Totally appreciate her.

Approximately 2+wks ago... I purchased 2 phones with cases n screen protectors...I even got the insurance...just over 1wk ago I was jumped by 4 young adults...n the process my phone was smashed... I called n paid for my replacement phone which they refuse to honor... what the hell am I paying insurance for...???

Scammers, they'll do anything to help their sales numbers smh if you see them put a phone case on the phone you're going to buy and a screen protector and you didn't ask for it, tell them to take it off immediately. Like they didn't even ask me if I wanted it or not. They just put it on the phone and expected me to pay for it. Not worth an extra $50.
