This place is a gem. Its full of beautiful women with gorgeous hair and Carmen takes such good care of my mother moved up here to live with me and these ladies are so lovely to her. Usually, Im late to pick her up because they are fast and she loves just being there. Yesterday I had to wait five mins for here and it was so calming and happy.

ATMOSPHERE WAS VERY UNSETTLING AND WILL NEVER RETURN WAITED A HOUR WITH NO SERVICE. THE HAIRDRESSER THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO TAKE ME WAS NOT PLEASANT AT ALL. THIS SALON PICKS AND CHOICES WHO THEY SERVICE WHICH IS BAD FOR BUSINESS.

If I could give a 0/5, I would have had. I'm sad to say that our experience at the hair salon was both disappointing and unsatisfactory. One of our main issues was that my daughter's hair was cut unevenly, falling far short of any reasonable expectation. This kind of service is certainly hard to overlook. As for my case, I went anticipating a vibrant hair dye job. Tragically, the result was far from remarkable, in fact, my hair looks as though it was barely touched. Additionally, despite my explicit request for a haircut, there was insistence from the stylist that I didn't need one. Given the lamentable outcome of my daughter's cut, I was eventually grateful that my hair wasn't subjected to their substandard service. This salon, therefore, truly missed the mark and will not be earning our future patronage.

I liked the service. But I didn't find the price very reasonable, I went with my hair already washed, for cutting the ends a little, highlights and a blowout they charged me $175, another day I went just for a blowout, in less than 30 minutes they dried my hair and for that reason alone I they charged $80
