It's clean, which is great, but, y'all need to update your hours across the board, and actually *state* what they are, correctly, everywhere that you have them posted. Google says you're open til 9 pm. You have signs on your door that says last wash and last dry are at 7 pm. I was in there earlier this evening, got my clothes washed, had em in the dryer, well *before* 6 pm. The dryer was timed to be done around 545. I tried to walk in there to get them from the dryer (I sit in my vehicle to pass time), and I find the doors locked. After repeatedly knocking on the window, another *customer* finally let me in the door so I can get my stuff. When I asked the lady who I assume works there if she was aware the doors were locked, she simply replied "yes" in a very cool manner, offering no explanation or apology or anything of the sort until I questioned why the doors are locked before 6 when the signs on your OWN DOOR say last wash/dry is at *7*. That's when she tells me you're closing because you don't have staff. If you are going to change your hours, that's fine, but at least ACCURATELY SHOW THEM ON YOUR BUILDING AT MINIMUM. This is not the first time this has happened. What if I, or another customer, had an emergency errand to run while clothes are being dried, and come back to find the doors locked and the lights off and their stuff locked in a dryer? Not cool.

Do not leave your close hear I left my clothes at 5 pm and paid for laundry service and I let her know I needed my clothes that night 8:00 comes they never call me I go and the store is closed disgusting way to conduct business I am beyond mad

The place is always open from 7-9pm except holiday before and for some reason this Saturday (11/25/23)they closed at 7 pm without letting me know when I was drying my stuff at 6:30, came back at 7 to get my stuff and they closed.I'm happy with the place until the recent staffs they have.If you close sooner than the intended time, let your customer know.

The old Spanish lady needs to go she rude as hell it was 6:30 she arguing with me saying I can’t wash my clothes when it says last wash at 7 she did not want to let me in very unprofessional I had to tell her my whole life I work in the hospital I don’t have time and my daughter needed her uniforms clean literally made me take out just her uniform out the bag of clothes I had to wash and told me to just wash her uniforms she very rude and disrespectful after she did let me in her stupid self didn’t know I spoke Spanish and she wanna cruse me out and send me to hell for trying to wash my daughter clothes like sorry your kids don’t love you and you gotta work like go miserable somewhere else she rude to her own coworkers management you need to do better

Says they will wash/dry/fold for you but when I went in with a comforter she still wanted me to do it myself and wouldn't even help explain how to use the machine.

Color me sold! Thus place is beyond clean, offers free drying, has excellent, friendly, helpful staff, and is located in a little Plaza with enough stores to keep you busy while you wait. Definitely my go-to laundromat.

Just called this business and said very neutrally to the woman who picked up the phone “Hi, I’m wondering how your pickup/delivery service works?” (as currently advertised all over their website) and the woman who answered the phone said “we’re not doing that during Covid, SORRY” with an unprompted attitude. Didn’t give me a chance to even respond. I was going to say that I understood and ask if I could come in to use their washers still but before I could even get in one word she says “yeah alright bye” and hangs up on me. Jeez.

The wacks place only because the coworkers be harassing you and following you and they have the card so you can dry the clothes and if alil bit of clothes your putting and the dryer they complaining in another words they be reeling you how to wash your clothes.
