Why is it 6:40 and I’m standing outside the store because an employee told me that the store is closed? I worked for Joanns for 6 years, there is no signage or anything on the door. I needed a single zipper… why are you guys closing early

Unfortunately I have to give the store one star , was coming here for quite some time and I usually never complain when the people are not friendly in there , because they've been that way for a while, but this particular time the staff is just super unfriendly not helpful , I don't know if they understand the business they service requires help sometimes but when I inquired about a few things it's almost as if they don't wanna help they should be knowledgeable and eager to help but they are also under new management and even asking her questions I felt like she was being dismissive , they hire no diversity and they really should look into that . I also was overcharged by cashier and I'm so upset with the experience I don't even care to go back . This store is definitely not a go to anymore .
