DO NOT COME HERE! The guys here are lazy. I came here to get an inspection. 15 minutes later they tell me they can’t do it because my tints. One of the “mechanics” comes out and SCRATCHES my tint to prove there’s a tint on it (legal tint) after I told him I already pulled my additional tint. They also kept saying my back windows were too dark. I drive an SUV.. The back windows in countless SUV’s come with a privacy tint. So they would have failed me off of pure laziness, lack of consideration, or lack of knowledge. Whichever it is: take your vehicle any place else.

Since we moved nearby a few years ago, I've gone to Holyoke Tire and Auto for everything from oil changes and emissions renewals to new tires and brakes. They are honest, efficient, reasonably priced and communicative. I'm so grateful to have a trustworthy car repair shop within walking distance of our house!

Had a slow leak in the rear tire that was getting worse. Had to stop and put air in every 30 minutes. Pulled in here and they had the tire fixed and got me back on the road quickly, all at a great price. Can’t say enough good things about my experience. Saved the day.

My battery died this morning and I gave Holyoke Tire a call. They ordered me a new battery and I drove down an hour later and hat it installed in 10 minutes. Super fast and affordable and a very nice guy at the counter.

Joe is racist on the phone he tells me 1 hour as soon as I arrived he tells me it’s a couple of hours to come back but he accommodates the white customers that comes in instead of letting me know on the phone I have others I drove 40 mins to this location just to be told to come back in a couple of hoursI don’t recommend!
