Nobody in PVTA customer service. Family members stranded there nobody to ask questions.

Came by on a Saturday at 11:30 AM. It was all locked up called the phone number. No one answered mailbox was full. Was supposed to be open according to google and sign on door

The person I spoke to was extremely rude even though was extremely polite. Some people just hate their jobs o guess?
