Hello, I was at the reopening of the store today, it was quite a fiasco since they announced through the news media that they were going to give 100 dollar cards to the first 100 people and in the end almost all the people who received 10 and 15 dollars, only a couple of people got 100, I think that type of promotion does not help the store on the contrary, very bad marketing because the only thing they get with that is disappointment on the part of the customers.

I love this store. But if you are closed, you can notify about it. Send a newsletter every day! I don't buy clothes without trying them on.

Hours don't match the website. The official website from H&M says "open til 10pm on 11/25" and yet they are closed by 9pm. Need to update your corporate website if you're going to be closed.

Staff is friendly. Great selection of both woman’s clothes and kids clothes. Perfect one stop shop for moms who want not only to look good themselves but dress their kids just as well.

Return policy is bs. Never shopping here again because of it. Didn’t keep my receipt because I planned on keeping the dress, tried it on at home (my mistake for not trying in store) and was not flattering; tried to return, I paid with my card so most stores can view the transaction that way.. nope they don’t do that, okay so store credit right? NOPE you have to pick something right then and there of equal or greater value. So now I’m going home with a blouse I’ll probably only wear if a relative dies in the next 6 months and some hair ties and socks I don’t need. Not impressed and not returning ?
