Love the convenience of having a hardware store in our community. Prices are affordable and even when I have a difficult time explaining what am really looking for, they are always willing to help me out and find what I need. Very satisfied customer.

Took the time to tighten all the bolts thatve came loose and fixed my bike very quick. 10/10 would choose this shop again.

this review is not for the hardware side but for the bicycle side.... have purchased a few bikes from this shop in the last few years and have always been treated very well..went in today just to see what was in stock etc... kid sitting behind the counter couldn't be bothered to pick his head off it to ask me if i needed any help, walked past him twice and he never acknowledged i was even there... i was the only person in the shop... maybe he was sleeping? i don't know, maybe the owners kid or grandkid? i don't know, i wouldn't hire this kid to open a door, cost a possible sale today for sure, ended up walking out little bit frustrated.:

I bought 2 expensive ebikes on Amazon and was weary after I put them together. I figured I would go to a bike shop to have them "serviced" to ensure safety. I brought them to a bike shop in East Longmeadow, but they would not even look at them since I did not purchase from them. They did recommend this shop. I was more than impressed! Highland did not hesitate to service them and ensure they were safe in every way. They adjusted the brakes, realigned the tires, ensured the stability...etc. My nephew knew things were not stable and secure even though we had tightened screws ourselves. So we are so thankful for their help and will go back for any maintenance in the future! Their price was so reasonable and turnaround was less than 48 hours!
