Let it slide once. I chose to take it the chin the 2nd time (Even though I was shocked).. But the level of audacity and disrespect with their customer service time and time again is something that I’m surprised isn’t all over these reviews! I usually call for my refills 2-3 days ahead of time, one reason being sometimes they’re on back order or just not in stock and I have to look around in order not to go without my medication. These ladies who answer the phone have told me anywhere from “you need to slow it down because here it says you have 12 pills left we’re not supposed to be hearing from you in another 3 days!” With an attitude that definitely represented a bad day. After that I’ve ran into all sorts of slick comments. Loudness, attitude when speaking. Just today (my due date to pick my meds) I call in early and so I can pick them up and they ask if I can come in at 4? I respectfully answer that I rather grab them earlier if possible (only have my care worker here til noon and I don’t drive)? And again the smart remarks! Well, it says here you still have 3 left so you shouldn’t need them so early!! I am so done!!
