Just learned that Gap Factory is not the Gap. If you buy something from the Gap online and need to return it, Gap Factory cannot take it back. You can however, return it to Staples. ?Of course the online Gap doesn’t say this anywhere so I wasted 2 hrs of my day figuring this out.Customer Service is not what it used to... read full comment

The manager was so helpful. The store is neat, clean, and well stocked. So, why is there no air conditioning in the store?
