This location is flatout awful. It doesn't matter which day of the week you show up, it's a roll of the dice whether they're going to be open or not. On average this store is closed anywhere between 2-3 days a week. I don't know how high up this problem is but something has to be done. The South st. Holyoke, MA location either needs to be shut down completely or they need a serious change in management IMMEDIATELY!! I will not be rolling the dice in that location no more

3 employees 2 females outside smoking as they have a no smoking sign you got one tall guy with a bush in his head coming at my husband face yelling very unprofessional saying your lucky I’m at work management just stood and watch store is trash there workers trash The manager is obviously not a people person and has not properly trained any of his employees judging from my experience I DO NOT recommend this family dollar and would give them zero stars if I could I know this post won’t make a difference just wanna warn anybody that plans on going here

Place is Terrible Barley any workers and the staff is rude. They have huge lines with 2 cashier stands and only 1 is being used. There is also no help around the store

Waist of time,,they open the store whenever they want,,if the store opens at 8:00am they open the doors at 10:00am,,bad,bad,bad!!!

The manager is very rude and obviously not a people person and has not properly trained any of his employees judging from my experience and every time I try to get cash back they say no because there to lazy to get more change out the safe.I do not recommend this family dollar and would give them zero stars if I could I know this post won’t make a difference just wanna warn anybody that plans on going here

A girl in white watching tiktok behind the counter accusing people of being connected to me (i don’t know her at all mind you) and not doing there job i seen a worker constantly being told to do more than shes suppose to (speaking from someone who use to work in a similar store) i only go here when im in town to see family because its close by but im always disappointed by multiple people slacking off multiple employees say they only speak Spanish than go to a different customer speaking EnglishUpdate: tried to call them to speak to manager they never answered i called multiple times
