I don't know who's running this store but respectfully you might want to shut it down cuz it's getting ran poorly whoever is responsible for this store should take an active role in the business of this store pop over on a daily or as often as you can and don't let him know you're coming by and check out your own store. How do you have your store closed because your short staffed on truck day did somebody say surprise it's truck day oh wait we don't have enough workers you guys can't do that. Did y'all know that it's illegal to come to work under the influence? Who the hell is running this store Joe Biden? Fix it or shut it down.

Rodolfo (manager)needs to retrained on signage regardless if it’s expired they still need to honor the price. It is not the customer fault for the price being wrong.

Was once my favorite shopping place. But It has changed so much. Everything is eighter low in stock or most shelves are totally empty here in the Holyoke store in High Street.

Always closing early. Hours are say until 10PMIf closing time has change they don’t have anything with the new update hours.

Coupons never come off and they always close early. New hours are 8:30am -9:30 pm unless if they decide to close earlier.

Well we did manage to get 40 items at $95 dollars or so between food and household items so that wasn't horrid pricing wise. Quality could be better for what you're paying for but this isn't like Dollar General. It's just a step down, for economical benefits (comparitive pricing)

The shelves are empty there is no paper towels no toilet paper no cat-food no cat litter no laundry detergent nothing for laundry the shelves are bare there's some items but not a lot

They will not let you bring a backpack in the store demanding you leave your property up front. And they get very rude about it. If they have theft problems up your security. You have no right to make leave behind my personal belongings!!!!!! Plus the cashier stabbed a man. Chased him out the store and stabbed him in the back!!!!
