They are amazing worker. One of the few shops out there that works on rust repair. They help me out with an issue on my silverado where another shop messed up and wasted my time and over charge to claim they was scared to fix their mistakes. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a fair and reasonable work.

Wanted to get a lift removed from my truck, brought it in for them to take a look and they basically said it wouldn't be worth the money and wouldn't save gas mileage like I thought it would. I appreciated the respect, honesty, and clear explanation, and basically being talked to like a normal human being. Not super common to be treated that way as a woman in vehicle related industries so when it happens I think other people should know. Highly recommend.

This place is a super tucked away in historic holyoke but once you find it you’ll be glad you did. They do great work. They are affordable definitely provide a great service. They are helpful and will answer all your questions over the phone before you’re even a costumer. They are busy but if you leave a message they will call you back. They are great at communicating… I’d give more stars if I could

If you have a Jeep and live in western mass these guys are the dudes you want workin on your rig I was totally impressed with the work & customer Kyle the guy behind the counter is amazingly helpful the quality of service at this shop is unmatched for sure don’t be silly n bring your Jeep, truck , anything 4x4 anywhere else it’s the only shop I’ll let touch my Jeep now I still have a lot to go on 04 grand Cherokee it’s a project in the works but I’ll definitely be bringing it back there for sureThanks again Kyle~Franko~

I dropped off my Jeep on a Monday morning. When I picked it up on Thursday it looked like a different vehicle! They did a fantastic job putting a lift kit and running boards on my Renegade. I highly recommend Endangered Species Jeep to anyone looking to have work done on their vehicle.

These guys are the REAL DEAL! Not half way through a five-hour trek north, our Jeep started throwing off dash lights and power. Frightening given that my son was driving. We tried a few places who couldn't help (short-staffed and/or burned out by holidays and covid) but heard about this place. They were shockingly helpful and quick. They diagnosed the issue and had us back on the road in about an hour and wouldn't take our money. All we could do was buy a t-shirt to say thanks (great t-shirt BTW). This level of service was so above and beyond it was a tremendous lesson for my son and I want the mothers (yes, and the Dads too) of these men to know they did good!

Honestly I knew these guys were legit but I got to experience it firsthand today. Kyle (manager or owner I believe) was super informative and communicated very well with me prior to my visit. I went in for a new bumper and mentioned to Kyle that I was having some issues with tires I had purchased the week before. Not only did he guide me in the right direction but he was able to fix my other issue right on the spot so I didn't have to make another appointment - I live 45 min away from the shop so this made me very happy. You can tell all of the guys are professional and produce high quality work. I plan on bringing my Jeep here for any future needs. Thanks again Endangered species!!
