CVS on 400 Beech Street the shelves are empty and the manager Cindy left the store around 4:45 and left Only one employee work the entire store by herself…that’s unacceptable to leave one employee running the store at her own.

I am always so pleased to shop in cvs on whitings farm road in Holyoke. The clerks are very polite and nice. Beech St CVS is also very nice....the clerks are happy to help any time....I just love CVS.

play to many games with my medication worst pharmacy ever. I'm going back to Walgreens or stop and shop companies that have earned my trust cvs lost my trust I need my medication to be able to breathe and cvs playing games negative 10 stars ?

Clean store. Prices seem very high. Staff could be more helpful. They gave me a product at the drive thru pharmacy that was wrong so I had to go in and they wouldn't return it. Staff member lied and said that I said it was ok! If I said that why would I go in to return it?? I ended up throwing it on the counter and walking out with no refund. Extremely upset

Romeo at Pick up is the dullest yet rudest person there. Looks at you blankly with half responses, looks like he hates his job and hates people. Not helpful at all. I hope they never put him through the drive thru because typically the drive thru ladies are awesome. Today was a rare day that I had to come in.

Less than one star! Went to CVS in Holy-joke Massachusetts.. some of the rudess unfriendly people you can find; you say hello and they stare at you like you're some sort of leper from another planet!The consult people look like the don't really want to help, I don't know if it's just their cold Massachusetts racist ways or they just haven't lived the Ya'll life! I guess I will try Walgreens in Holyoke and see if there is a difference in customer service!I bet Holy -Joke get better costumer service from the multitudes of unlicensed pharmacist right up the street!...

Called multiple days for multiple hours each day, but my calls were never answered. Some people can’t always physically go to store. II mean it’s only peoples health…..Phone needs to be answered. Unacceptable
