This store “closed” months ago. It opened back up shortly after & it went from already cheap semi decent clothing to trashy cheap store over night. When I walked in I was horrified to see the racks. No more size variations and all of the clothes looks like it came from a low end cheap store you’d find in an urban downtown. It was awful. No return policy and the clientele speaks for itself.

Great mall great shops & entertainment however few things: for one you guys need bigger elevator or more than one elevator that services the food court. Secondly have the handicapped doors acrually work hard to use a stroller and try to get it thru the door with one hand while using the other hand to hold the door. Cleaner bathrooms as well as a family lounge bathroom for all of us moms. Lastly went to your malloween yesterday where was the security to work on crowd control.

I love going to the Mall I been going there Since I was a kid Yesterday I noticed that Shoyu Japan was No longer there anymore and was Very Dsiapointed it was one of my favorite place to eat Every time I go to the Mall and I been getting limited information Does anyone know why they closed for Good at the Mall??? no announcement or anything??? let me know

they need to service their elevators on weekends ASAP. i visited with my child in a stroller and could not get to upper or lower levels. all of their elevators were out of order and even an escalator to go down was not in operation for who knows how long! the operations manager and marketing director gave me generic responses with respect to my inconvenience and ultimately don't value my return.
