I love bath and body works but every time I go to the Holyoke location the shelves are bare. The staff isn’t always nice and the discounted stated items don’t always ring in properly.

I went to the store at Hokyoke Mall on Sunday, December 10, 2023. I bought 16 bottles of shower gel at a discounted price of $4.95. When I got to the checkout counter, I returned the bottle of shower gel to them because it was broken. I didn't double check my order that day because I've shopped here many times and it didn't cause me any trouble. But the next day, when I wrapped the children's gifts, I discovered that she was still charging me for the shower gel that I had returned earlier. And on December 12, 2023, I brought the invoice to the store to ask them to resolve it but they asked me to call the switchboard and I also called the switchboard and the switchboarder asked. I took the bill back there to settle it. But after I brought it to the store, the manager started to explain and refused to deal with me and asked me to bring all the purchased goods to them to see and they would consider resolving it. And I wonder why they don't take responsibility for what they did wrong and wasted a lot of my time when I had to go back there twice just for them to take responsibility and fix it for me. And I can't open the bottles of body wash I packed to send out for Christmas. I wonder if it's because I'm Asian

Loved it. But prices are rediculously high. Its time for some of the old two for...$, or three for...$$ Sales to come back again . Then people might be more interested in purchasing multiple items.Point is- maybe the sales pitch rethought or come up with a fresh approach

I only give this a 4* because they are always getting rid of certain lotions to come out with some god awful smelling lotion , which is annoying. But for the most part I absolutely love it except the prices and how every day the deals change .
