Terrible customer service. Made an appointment to go over my accounts, but when I showed up (early) they had already given my appointment away to someone else. They wanted me to sit around and wait for over an hour to talk to someone else. No thanks. Waste of my time.

Northampton Main Street Branch is closed. We've had a business account for decades.No choice but to go to another location. Jean at teller window in Holyoke was very professional and pleasant. However, Sue felt a need to flex her authority - was not interested in being helpful or solution oriented.We'll move our account shortly.

Don't open till 10 am.Never enough tellers. Closes from 11:30 am till 12 noon! What a joke! Definitely moving my funds to another bank.So disappointing...

I had a fantastic experience with Erik Torres. He helped me with getting a temporary debit card since I had lost mine. He was efficient, thorough, friendly and just a pleasure to be around. He treated my boyfriend and I in a very courteous manner. He even helped me get my cash in specific denominations AFTER his shift was over and he did not need to do that so I really appreciate it. Thank you Erik Torres for your excellent service and knowledge of Bank of America!

the female manger after being told 3 times I do not wish to deal with you I am waiting for the assent manager, insist that I explain why im here only to quickly deny me with no understanding of the situation. and she received a verbal lashing I do not regret in 1 form at all. just horrible to the point of filing a corporate complaint against her.
