I had made an appointment to discuss opening a CD and get information about transferring a balance to a 0% APR credit card to save on interest. The young woman I spoke to was not at all knowledgeable about the products and gave me information that I knew immediately was incorrect. An amazing lack of training in customer service or in basic banking. After literally just 5 minutes I left and drove to the Northampton location, where I got really excellent, knowledgeable customer service and opened a CD. Yikes! This location is more convenient but I keep having problems there ever since Olmeida left. If I need anything besides an ATM I guess I'll just drive to Northampton.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this location lady was very rude wasn’t trying to help me and my wife very nasty as if she didn’t wanna be at work there location hours suck they just sit around the back stealing company time by talking to each other from what I saw as I was waiting for them to open at 10am very disappointed in the help here

What a disappointment. Arrived 1:23 pm o. Saturday (37 minutes before closing) 1 other customer being served . 2 tellers not engaged couldn't open account for me because there was not enough time. I hope they will be replaced with someone who has basic work ethics soon. Strongly consider other Bank.

Terrible customer service. Made an appointment to go over my accounts, but when I showed up (early) they had already given my appointment away to someone else. They wanted me to sit around and wait for over an hour to talk to someone else. No thanks. Waste of my time.

Northampton Main Street Branch is closed. We've had a business account for decades.No choice but to go to another location. Jean at teller window in Holyoke was very professional and pleasant. However, Sue felt a need to flex her authority - was not interested in being helpful or solution oriented.We'll move our account shortly.

Don't open till 10 am.Never enough tellers. Closes from 11:30 am till 12 noon! What a joke! Definitely moving my funds to another bank.So disappointing...

I had a fantastic experience with Erik Torres. He helped me with getting a temporary debit card since I had lost mine. He was efficient, thorough, friendly and just a pleasure to be around. He treated my boyfriend and I in a very courteous manner. He even helped me get my cash in specific denominations AFTER his shift was over and he did not need to do that so I really appreciate it. Thank you Erik Torres for your excellent service and knowledge of Bank of America!
