Suuuuuuper friendly. Even though it's a one mechanic shop, dude had my car ready the next day. My brake problem was diagnosed and repair in less than 24 hours. That included battery replacement and oil change. I will definitely return to him.

Audiwerks is the absolute best. Roland and Shawn are the most knowledgeable and helpful Audi service folks that I’ve encountered in my 15 year journey of owning Audis and using Indy mechanics. They are beyond trustworthy and, in my experience, always do the right thing for the customer. I’ve been taking my S5 to them for a few years and my (high) expectations have always been surpassed. Do yourself a favor and use this shop. Like I said, they are the best. Trustworthy, capable of dealer service standards, and passionate about doing the absolute best for my car when it’s in their care. Pricing is totally fair for Indy shops, much cheaper than the dealership, and they’re transparent and direct. I can’t recommend Audi-Werks enough. To the communication, availability for repairs, timeliness, communication, and quality of work as well as easy online payments and after-hour key pickup. Shawn was easy to speak with, and timely with diagnosis, more than reasonable price quotes, repairs, and return of my VW. I had my vehicle back in my possession less than 48 hours after initiating contact regarding a coolant leak.
