Very unprofessional service can't even try the clothes before buying it.Lazy people Too and very unhelpfulGood clothes though... Too bad the service sucks. Hopefully they do something about it

Simple refund turned into a nightmare!A sales associate and “district manager” were so unprofessional!!They were ver unprofessional and condescending toward myself and my sister. They imply that we were lying and ended up arguing with my sister in the store over an exchange!I visited the store Saturday. Because the fitting rooms were closed I had to guess my sons size. They didn’t fit so I had to take them back Sunday. I spoke with Armani over the phone and again once I got to the store. She exchanged the items, put them in a bag and took the bag to the front of the store. I purchased several more items and was given a bag which I assumed had all my items. When I got home I discovered the 2 items I exchanged were not in the bag. I contacted the store and then spoke Adrianna who was extremely rude from the beginning. She claimed that Armani wasn’t working that day so she didn’t know who I was dealing with. I told her I was looking at the receipt and the cashiers name on the receipts was Armani. I then explained the situation and she continues to have an attitude and stated she has to review the cameras and speak with her district manager Min who was in the store. I waited for an hour and called back. I spoke with a another guy who stated they still had to review the tapes. I called back several more times and got no resolution. I was visiting from out of town and had to get my sister to go to the store because they kept making excuses.My sister explained to both Adrianna and Min the situation, presented the receipts and the other item that needed to be exchanged. They were very rude and combative with her and implied that she and I were lying. They attempted to argue with her several times and at that point she had to take control of the situation because nothing was getting resolved. They never reviewed the tapes which would have clearly showed what happen. Instead they used an inventory sheet….This whole situation should have never happened.I’ve contacted the company’s support team and will hopefully get treated with more respect and curtesy than I did by the employees at the store.I will never shop at this establishment again. They showed a total lack of professionalism, their customer service was trash and the fact that my sister was subjected to their verbal abuse is appalling. They only got a star because the first employee helped me (even though she forgot to give me my items).

I bought my wife a Northface for Christmas and somehow managed to lose both the receipt and the gift receipt. The gentleman who helped her was super nice and found my receipt in the computer. They were super helpful when I was there! Highly recommend.

Most things are pricey/decent, not very many sales or deals. The selection is, however, amazing! Very wide range of styles/fits everyone has something they would want there. Yet, the store is very crowded. Aisles are just barely big enough for you to not be swiping clothes with your shoulders as you walk through, and I think the store needs more staff (for aiding customers), OR make the cash register more convenient to buyers, been there numerous times and to this day I still have to turn circles looking for the register!

The lights in that store are brighter than my future. Decent selection of clothes and decent prices. My eyes still hurt and Im still seeing spots from the last time I went. This is how trump probably got Orange, he went into AAO.

“Against all Odds Holyoke Mall worst customer service ever !!!!!!????? spent $75 on a Champion sweatshirt for an Xmas gift and went to exchange/return it today and they said “No”. It’s beyond the return day by one week. Are you freaking kidding me ???? Needless to say I will NEVER shop there again!!!! Oh and anyone in need of a navy blue champion sweatshirt size large I have one ? “This is what I posted on Facebook and every other social networking site FYI.
