I go to change my oil with the filter. I told them more than 5 times please don’t forget to change the filter,
But they change the oil and they not change the filter oil They keep the old one .
Everybody be careful with them don’t trust them . Charging me $93 for nothing .?

Purchased a 2022 Kia Telluride with just under 8,000 miles on the odometer last October. Upon reading that there were recalls for the Telluride I went to my local Kia dealer to investigate . Learned there that my car had no warranty on it because it was originally sold in Canada. I verified this with both Kia US and Kia Canada. Jim when selling me the car verbally and in writing assured me I had the remainder of the factory warranty. I was completely misled so they could make the sale. When I returned to complain the only thing that was offered was to “sell” me an additional warranty. They wanted to make me pay for a warranty they told me I already had! I told him no way and he said he would have Sean the GM call me. Still waiting!
I have talked with the attorney general’s office and hopefully they can help. I feel this is a clear case of consumer fraud!

Bought a used Chevrolet Malibu from here a few weeks ago. I worked with Jay Freeman. He was the utmost professional, courteous, and helpful. Car salesmen get a bad wrap but Jay was the complete opposite! Prioritized my time, was very straightforward and honest. Would 100% recommend and will be coming back next time as well.

While I didn’t move forward with purchasing a car here, I did want to leave a review as they were a pleasure to work with. Specifically Jim was very profesional and not at all pushy. He followed up with me consistently to make sure all of my questions were answered. At the end of the day I got a better trade in deal from the Mercedes dealership so I went with them instead. But this is a great team and I would absolutely work with them in the future!

ONLY HAD MY CAR FOR TWO WEEKS THE FIRST 90 days AND WAS DAYS SHORT WITH LEMON LAW Case. After purchasing my car, 1 week later it had to go back for its first repair. Within two weeks of getting it back, it went back again. Very large repair over $2000. They had it for 2 months. So I purchased a car, and the first 90 days of owning it I drove it for roughly 2 weeks. Did they care? Absolutely not. They did not provide me with a second car until 11 weeks into the ordeal. I have a diabetic child and they are located far from me. So it was extremely difficult to be hitching rides and so forth for 3 months and not being readily available! I explained this to them when I signed the papers and said if I am without the car for a long period of time I just ask would you put me in a temp car. They assured me in the oh so not likely event there was a large repair they would make sure I was not inconvenienced. So they would call me when the car was ready, i would drive all the way down there, two times over and when I picked up the car a failure messages came on within 5 min. So turn around bring it back to them. The man with the tattoo on his face, whom I signed the papers with, would literally run when I came in the door. They all would because what did it matter to them they already had my money. Cowards, it was simple enough just get me a rental take care of your customers! So one night this guy is there that is supposedly from the large car Corp. from CT that is buying the place and he finally tells his guys enough give her a car and you will now bring her the car when it’s done . So sure enough when for the 3rd time on that same repair they brought me the car, I go to test it out grab a coffee and the failure message came on with minutes. It was the transfer case so without it program correctly, the car would not operate in all wheel drive and so on. So for the 5th time off it went again to be fixed. By the 6th time I was days away from having a lemon law case if the car wasn’t back in my custody day. I was of course seeking legal advice as I bought a car but had no car. I notice another review says the AG has a case open, I believe it and will be calling. Don’t trust Google reviews pretty sure they have work around for almost everything, scammers. Was promised a remote starter from that guy from CT it never did come. Stay away they are not to be trusted!!!!
