Failed inspection, which is fine but would not tell me what was wrong.. “Exhaust and drivers side suspension” is all I got, what was broken or wrong with them was not shared when asked. Maybe an off day or they wanted more fee. They also did not explain the test process.

Best in the business, Neil and crew are true, honest workers. Had my BMW serviced here along with a set of new tires and alignment. Price was better than competition and the work was done on time. Don’t trust anyone else to service my BMW. Also had a Ford F150 Platinum serviced here and had the same results. No reason to go anywhere else. Very thankful for Neil and crew providing honest diagnosis and competitive prices.

Poor communication with customers. If there is an extended wait for services, letting your customers know that when they arrive is very helpful. Not just saying ok, and taking the keys and registration at the front counter. Especially if there is over an hour wait, with inadequate seating or waiting room for your potential customers.
Some proper customer service training would go a long way....

This is a busy service station but it was still easy and quick to schedule an appointment for an exhaust repair I needed. The staff i met or spoke to on the phone were friendly and repair was made within just a few hours. I would not hesitate to use them again.

My Check Engine light was sometimes on & sometimes off. Neil scheduled me ion the day I needed. He called to tell me what he had diagnosed & what he was going to do to make the repair. He called again when the repair was completed & told me the cost of the repair. Quick, Efficient & reasonable price.Services: Electrical repair

The gentleman might have been having a bad day and is probably excellent at his job otherwise. But, this review is about customer service and treating people with kindness. I removed my card too quickly when pumping gas and the machine told me to see attendant He came outside and forced me to stand right beside him so I "could watch and learn something today". Why be mean and combative and not just help? People should understand the impact that they have on others and try to be kind.
