“Tom at this location, Staples Natick was very helpful and exceeded my expectations. I submitted an order online for a VERY important corporate booklet. Staples could have just printed as inputted, but Tom e-mailed then called me to explain that the laminated pages would mean the pages would then be larger than the plastic front and back covers. Tom asked me what this was for and then gave me a more appropriate order for my booklet goal. I wasn't charged anything extra for this update. I think Tom should be made CEO of the Staples Natick printing department! Go, Tom!”
“Monro Brake and Tire in Stoughton MA gets a lot of deliveries by truck. I have yet to meet a more professional, outgoing and engaging driver as David Medina out of Southborough Ma Depot. It is no surprise that one of my customers who gets shipments from David knew him by name when he saw him at my store. Initially I was perplexed on how David was going to get my delivery off his truck but quickly realized through his cool calm and collect demeanor that all I needed to do is watch him work his magic. I look forward to the next time I have the pleasure of getting another delivery from David and UPS.”

“I showed up incredibly early and asked for some help from the employees that were showing up at the parking lot. Not only were they helpful they represented the FedEx brand to the nth degree. “I had the most wonderful experience at this Natick location. There was 2 very helpful women working the counter as I came in for my passport appointment. I had tried to go to the Framingham office and was treated horribly, this was the exact opposite and I’m truly grateful for the incredible service by both these woman. He was congenial and very careful of not damaging the parcel or the home. He went above and beyond in assisting with the placement of the package further in the garage. Considering the weight of the parcel he did an excellent job of maneuvering the parcel.”

“So grateful for the Norfolk post office and staff! Jean is great and runs a tight, tidy ship. I mail packages frequently and am always well taken care of. In response to a previous review: the office closes for lunch because there's typically only one person on staff making that lunch break a necessity.”
“The service has always been fine. No issues. Wait times are good compared to other locations. Maybe the poor reviews were just someone’s bad day. We all have ‘em. Also I have had to buy tape to seal my packages at other USPS locations. Lesson learned. Be prepared, folks!”

“A friendly neighborhood post office and not ever crowded, even at the holidays. All of the people who work here have always been nice and patient. Good to call ahead for passports for an appointment, but they can do them as well with no line. In the summertime there is an ice cream and burger stand next door, so you can make a nice outing of it if you have kids in tow or are hungry.”

“I've lived in town for nearly 30 years and the Southborough Post Office has always been great. I've had a Post Office Box for many many years and that's worked out great as well. However that PO Box has become ridiculously expensive. Other than price, everything is great.”
“Had to ship out a package today and I had the pleasure of dealing with Tonya. While she had a plaque at her station that said "Clerk in training. Please be patient." I found her to be incredibly helpful, thorough, and quick. I would have never known she was new to the team! This was easily my most pleasant experience at the Bellingham Post Office thanks to her!”
