“This was my first time ever using a storage company and they made everything very easy. I was called within five minutes of sending my information in that way I could set it up over the phone and it be faster. When it was time for me to go to my unit, it was a little early and I had to call back probably three times and each time the person was very helpful. Despite my code not working because it needed to take a couple more hours, I was still able to get in and put my stuff in my unit. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for storage”

Savanna helped with the booking, and then Gwen has been great in helping me find the unit and making sure all was going well while moving things in there. The unit was clean, it's climate controlled, and I love that you can use the app to open the gates instead of having to type in the code every time. Nothing but good things to say! “This is really a first-rate storage facility. The management is particularly solid: Karen and her team are extremely responsive and actually very pleasant to work with. I'm actually quite puzzled how anyone could have had a bad experience here.
I use my storage unit primarily to garage a vintage car during the winter, and I have to admit that the finish and cleanliness of the storage unit is superior to the garage that's attached to my home!
I've had my storage unit for several months now, and the only complaint so far was that the light inside my unit was flaky ... so the very next day it was replaced with a new and better light fixture. It's hard to beat that sort of customer service.”

Their website is somewhat annoying and tries to sell you tons of stuff you don't need but this facility has lots of vehicles and the price was the lowest of anywhere for an out of state move (I returned the van to the same location). They were friendly and good people, pretty chill, and made it easy.”
