“I used to love Eastern Bank, but now there aren't as many locations, and without a vehicle, it's quite a distance Weston to Watertown, Natick or Lexington. One in Waltham would be lovely! Maybe one day if I move back to Salem, they were always helpful there, but unfortunately they just sent us new cars on closed accounts..lol.... They must miss us too??”

“It is an AMAZING bank. I opened account there recently, and the quality and level of customer service there is the best I've ever seen in my 20+ years in the area. They do not charge fees for their checking and savings account, they do not play games with minimum required balance, they reimburse other banks ATM fees. Super professional and accommodating. “Due to my bank here in Natick closing their safe deposit boxes I did a little research and listened to friends and received all positive input about Middlesex savings bank, in downtown Natick. Simply a pleasure! From the Branch manager, John King - to and including the young man, "Alex"ander MacLellan who did all the paperwork, legwork and all around "old school" customer service, .. it was the most pleasant and professional experience I've had in a long time. From my initial goal of obtaining a new safe deposit box, Alex explained over and above, without "salesmanship" pushing, all that Middlesex offered, ways I could benefit my specific situation and treated me like family "old school customer service?! To me, possibly the most important ingredient of any business. All of my banking business will be shifted to Middlesex and proudly would recommend them for anyone considering any banking. Quality people who are very well trained, have been with the company for considerable time which said a lot to me. My highest praise; "Compassionate Professionals".”

I came in to get a certified check, and Dell was so fast, I also asked about two other issues from a name change I had been trying to solve for literally years that other branches couldn’t solve - he literally told me exactly what I needed to do for one and completely solved the second. Excellent customer service! Thank you Dell and the woman at the counter who’s name I didn’t get!”
“I haven't dealt with this branch but I had my truck financed through them almost 2 years ago and got a great rate. Then about 6 months later I got a pre-approved credit card from them without applying. It has a $6,000 line with 0% interest for 22 months double cash rewards and more. I had 2 problem's in that time once I tried to send $ to pay loan payment and it ended up on my credit card and the other time I mailed the loan payment and the check didn't show up for 3 weeks. I paid online when I saw it was 4 days overdue and then when The check showed up and it processed and I had now made two payments in one month which I couldn't afford. Both times when I called the credit union whoever answered the phone helped me address the situation the last time the woman was nice enough to cancel the older payment that I had made online in order to get me my money back quicker and the first time I don't remember how they handled it but it was very simple for me to deal with it I just had to call and explain my situation and they helped me get my money back. I don't bank with them I do have the savings account with the $10 I put in in order to get the loan but I had never even heard of them they don't have any branches near me if they did I would happily deal with them and hopefully when I trade in my truck I will be able to get another loan through them”
