Master’s Touch renovated our kitchen, dining area, two bathrooms, and replaced all our windows. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and always responsive to any questions or issues. We worked with Amanda on the design. She was easy to work with and came up with a creative design to maximize our small space. Trevor managed the project with professionalism and knowledge about all areas of the project. He made many helpful suggestions, kept us well informed, and completed the project on time. Highly recommend Master’s Touch. We love our new space!

If I could rate Masters Touch higher I would. The entire process was hassle-free. From the initial consult with Lea, to the design process with Shannon, to the project work with Steve.Everyone was easy to communicate with, all of our questions were answered, and everything was completed with no problem. The worksite was kept clean (so important when we were living in the house with kids!)The subcontractors were fantastic, with top notch work and were very respectful and clean when they were in the home. I wouldn’t change a thing and I cannot recommend Master’s Touch enough for your home renovation.

We hired Masters Touch to do a full master bedroom/bathroom renovation and we couldn't be happier with our decision. From our initial meeting with Doug, through our design work with Alex, and the onsite management of the project with Nick, we had a truly first-class experience from how they respected and treated our family, to the quality of the craftsmanship and of course, the end result! We are happy with our decision to use Masters Touch to renovate two full bathrooms and create an office space in our home. We were impressed by how well our designer listened to what we wanted and streamlined the selection process for us. The construction manager (also an impressive carpenter) was clear and quick in his communication and did all that was in his control to stick to the projected schedule. We were very happy with the electrical and tile subs assigned to the job. We were disappointed with the plumbers assigned to our job. We felt their work was not up to the level we expected and experienced with the other subs that worked with Masters Touch. All members of the Master Touch team were respectful of our home and the fact that we were living in it during the renovation.

Dan has been an amazing Project Manager in helping us through our total first floor renovations including kitchen and bath/laundry room. He has been there every step of the way answering our questions and helping us see the finished product even before the work was done. His attention to detail matched my own so any area that I had a concern about, Dan quickly resolved. The dedication of Dan and Sayar and the entire team to work together so consistently to button up all of final touches is very much appreciated.We highly recommend Masters Touch for any Home Improvement project since they will send very dedicated and hard working employees and sub contractors to provide an amazing outcome that will exceed expectations. After a fire, we were at a loss and most builders told us to sell and move on. We love our neighborhood and wanted to stay. Master's Touch took us on and built a beautiful new home from the studs up in less than a year. Nick and Dom were excellent during the process. We always were in constant communication and there were no surprises. We are so very happy with our beautiful home and that we chose Master's Touch as they expect excellent quality, they are very professional and extremely responsive. Thank you Master's Touch for our beautiful home.

Just finished a 2-bathroom reno with Master’s Touch, our second reno project with them and all I can say is they are not called “Masters” for nothing! Sales, Design, Project Management, quality finish work, and subcontractors were all above expectations. Minor delays were inevitable due to the complex coordination of subcontractors and supplies but all anticipated delays were communicated in a clear and forthright manner. Shout-outs to Brigid, Steve, and Cody. Looking forward to our next project!

Working with Masters Touch was professional and thorough start to finish. In the scoping phase they were thoughtful about recommendations and what we wanted to do. It didn’t feel like we were being pushed into a bigger project, it felt understanding and thoughtful about what we needed for our family and our space. The design phase was creative and fun but thoughtful about budget and needs. As with everything the build took longer than planned, so that should just be expected. They kept us informed with each step, we were never surprised by who was showing up and when, always informed or asked if they could work on a weekend and very respectful of our family space. Finally the attention to detail with all sub contractors was great. A few things weren’t done to their “standards” and were quickly redone which was reassuring. With any project there were hiccups, but working with Masters is highly recommended. My only negative comment would be the final list of punchlist items felt like they dragged on and could have just quickly been done in a day or 2 instead of spread as they were.Service: Remodeling

Masters Touch was professional and very responsive throughout the whole process, from design to construction. The site manager (thanks Nick!) was wonderful, flexible, and kept us aware of what was happening. He and his team catered to many of our ideas deviating slightly from the original design without resorting to formal change orders, and they were able to get things done without fuss. While there were delays outside of anyone's control, they were all par for the course. All in all, they did a good job putting in the addition for us. We worked with Masters Touch on our first-floor renovation that included a full kitchen remodel, mudroom, bathroom, living room and new floors, paint, hardware and lighting on the entire first floor. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and easy. As an interior decorator and small business owner, my expectations were very high. Master's did not let us down. Overall, the communication was top notch, we were well-informed, kept up to date and had a Teams account set up where we could communicate and be notified of any changes, delays or updates about the project. When we met with Steve, we felt like he really understood our expectations, our budget and design goals. During this contracting phase things were clear, well documented and we really knew what we were getting into. He really listened and partnered us up with a great team. During the design phase we worked with Alex and we couldn’t have nicer things to say about her. She helped us execute our vision, came in with ideas that were in line with our thoughts and never pushed us to do anything that didn’t fit into our plan/budget. We really clicked and it was like designing a home of our dreams with a great friend. When it came down to construction and the team that would be here day after day, we were so blessed to have the best team around. The crew or the “guys” as my kids would call them, were professional, hardworking, always on time, communicated daily, and honestly became like family. Nick and Dom, and the rest of the crew and subs were always such a pleasure to have in our home. They partnered on decisions that needed to be made, they worked with us when glitches came up, and we always felt like they had our best interest in mind. We are beyond thrilled with how this project went. Our project started in Fall 2022 and finished in early 2023. The crew finished on time and almost a bit early, which is shocking since Covid delays are still affecting the industry. We are thrilled with how our home turned out and are so happy we chose to work with Masters Touch. We highly recommend them and will absolutely be coming back for any future projects.Services: Home renovations

I had a great experience working with Masters Touch Design Build! My husband and and I contracted with Doug to build a garage and mudroom addition, which was recently completed. The entire team was professional and did high quality work. Our main site managers, Trevor and Nick, were responsive and promptly addressed any concerns we had. We had the kitchen and bathroom of our house (built in the 1960's) renovated through Master's Touch a little while ago (less than a year from date of posting). The entire process of working with them was fantastic. The initial home assessment and start-up was very straightforward. The designer we worked with was fantastic and provided us with a bunch of options that fit what we wanted. They didn't push anything on us that we didn't want or wouldn't look good. The construction crew themselves were great as well. On time arrival, and when they were done for the day they cleaned up after themselves. Overall very pleased with this company and I would highly recommend reaching out to them for what you are looking for.Services: Home renovations

Masters Touch did a wonderful job on my kitchen renovation from start to finish. Every worker was pleasant and extremely easy to work with.
